We accept the CDCP Canadian Dental Care Plan

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal government program designed to cover up to 100% of dental care treatment costs for Canadians who qualify. If you’ve applied and been approved for coverage, you will pay less for treatments at our clinic.

Is the CDCP for you?

If you have a family net income of less than $90,000, and do not already have access to dental insurance, you could qualify for coverage.

You must be a Canadian resident, and you must have filed a tax return in the previous year. If you qualify and you’re at least 65 years old or less than 18 years old, you can apply now. If you’re between 18 and 64 years old, you’ll be able to apply in 2025.

How much will the CDCP cover?

The amount of coverage you will receive depends on your income. The highest amount of coverage (100%) applies to Canadians with a net family income of less than $70,000. If your family income is $80,000 or higher, the CDCP will cover 40% of approved treatments.

What treatments does the CDCP cover?

The plan will cover the vast majority of standard dental treatments including cleaning, sealants, and fluoride; diagnostic services such as X-rays; restorative services including fillings; root canal treatments; complete and partial removable dentures; and oral surgery services such as extractions.
